Whiteboard of the Day
Skill work today is focusing on speed on the rower. Aim to go full intensity all the way through the 250 meters. Bump up the damper as able.
Complete 8 rounds of the circuit as quickly as possible, focusing on maintaining proper form and intensity throughout.
Burpees: Try to maintain unbroken reps. Ensure chest touches the ground on each rep and fully extend at the top of the jump.
Kettlebell Swings: Use a kettlebell that you can complete unbroken every round.
