Today we have a speedy, 10-round couplet of bar muscle-ups and shuttle runs.
Shoot to finish in under 10 minutes with unbroken bar muscle-ups and shuttle runs in 30 seconds or less every round.
We’ll spend ample time in the warm-up dialing in scaling options and practicing both movements.
Stick around after the workout for strict chin-ups and recovery as a class.
